Why sometimes I get a headache after drinking beer?!

Question: Why sometimes I get a headache after drinking beer?
I'm not a regular drinker I drink oce a week or every couple of weeks. When I drink I don't drink as much and I always drink beer. Sometimes the day after drinking I get a terrible headache I would have to take a tablet other times drinking the same amount I'm fine. I've a chronic sinus problems and I sometimes get migraines and cluster headaches before my period. I'm beguining to think that I may have an intolerance to beer. I've heard about having a Tyramine low diet. Any tips??

It's called Alcohol Dehydration and is most often caused by drinking on an empty stomach.

Eat fatty foods because fat absorbs alcohol.

A hangover is largely dehydration. Try drinking a glass of water before you go to bed, and get plenty of fluids in you the following morning.
