whichever gives you the highest alcoholic content for price that way you get drunk faster without drinking as much at least if that is your goal if not then probably the miller high life due to taste at least for me out of those

Well Natural Ice beer is the strongest of the 3. Miller tastes best in my opinion. As for PBR one swallow makes me want to puke.

I've drunk all 3 but cannot recommend any of them.
Save your allowance for something worth drinking.
