How do you recap red-wine? If I can't put the cork back in, how can I save the wine that's left?!

Question: How do you recap red-wine? If I can't put the cork back in, how can I save the wine that's left?
Answers:

I don't think you can. But you can cook with it! Julia Child always said don't cook with wine you would enjoy drinking. So my suggestion is look at some recipies that call for wine and use your left over wine to cook with!

I think once wine is exposed to air, it will go bad about a week later.

you can transfer it to another glass container that has air-tight seal and cover with paper to protect it from light. light can alter the consistency, taste, and color. or, if you have a tinted glass, you can use it.

They sell little cork caps you can use for that. Different designs and such on them too.
