How to stop being a lightweight? xx?!
What did I have? Three glasses of wine, and I was completely pished (throwing up twice!)
I know I'm only sixteen and I don't really fancy the lecture on drinking at a young age, I just want to know how to stop being a lightweight (and how to avoid embarassment next time) xx

I would really recommend you stop drinking period. At such a young age, it screws with your body and really hooks you as you get older. I started drinking at 11, so trust me, I know. By the time I was your age (16) I was able to drink an entire 750ML bottle of Bacardi 151 straight and not be anywhere near vomiting or hangovers. (If you don't know what 151 is, it's the second strongest liquor you can purchase in the US behind Everclear. It's 75.5 percent pure alcohol.)
If you're going to worry about something, don't worry about being a lightweight, worry about your future if you become a teenage heavyweight.
The more you drink, the higher your alcohol tolerance becomes. Next time you plan to drink, be sure to eat throughout the day and while you're drinking. That'll really make a difference. Also try drinking something else, like water, between alcoholic drinks. That will slow down your alcohol drinking and also keep you hydrated, minimizing your hangover the next day.
Two things:
-Drink more often (not a healthy idea)
-Become larger (muscle is best for this, but just becoming a lardo will help some too)
My suggestion is you start eating a 20-piece bucket of KFC every day. Extra crispy will work better.

It might be genetics. One way or another, 16 is too young to be drinking.
Life experience, and in many countries, the law.
You don't need to impress anyone...only drink what you can handle and have fun, and being sick and hungover is not fun. Drink it slow.
Gain weight, or just drink a lot until you start to build a tolerance.
Be happy being a lightweight. It means you don't have a drinking problem.
drink more
