My brother and BEER!?!
Okay so my brother is 17 and he likes alcohol!. My friends came over for a sleepover for Halloween and we were getting the extra mattress out of his room to use!. (He was at a friends house)!. So we were getting the mattress and I opened his drawer with the mattress on accident!.!.!.inside there was a can of Miller Beer that he already drank!. Then I looked around more and there was a full one!!! I couldn't believe him!. Ahh i felt like crying!. I know he is a teenager and all but he is only 17!. What should I do!? Tell my parents!?or not!?

don't tell!. he is your brother and he should be able to trust you!.!. that doesn't mean if you found him drunk and passed out in his own puke, you should not tell someone, but a few beers at that age is a normal thing!. if you are worried, talk to him about it!. it is good to be able to trust your siblings and then maybe later if he needs someone to go to about a real problem, he will know he can trust you and turn to you!. i can see that you love your brother and are very concerned for his welfare!. Although it is difficult to judge whether or not your bro has a drinking problem or why he hide beer is a warning sign that his drinking may be a problem!.

Sounds like your brother is a little alcoholic already, hoarding and sucking down beer like a loser!. You should tell your parents immediately so they can intervene and get him into treatment!. It will only get worse with time!.!. if you really care about him you will step in to help him even though I promise he will be angry with you but one day he will thank you for saving his life!. That's gross that he's keeping empty cans!. The way I see it, if he's too scared to throw away an empty can, then he isn't hardcore drinking yet!. But your parents probably already know if he drinks, looking back on what I did in high school it was completely obvious when I drank and tried to cover it up with to my parents!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't snitch!. He'll be totally pissed at you!. My brothers did that to me once, and i didn't speak to them for over a month!. This is a hard time in his life, so just let him be!.

just let it go but if some worse things start showing up like coke or somethin lol!. im your age and my fathers let me drink beer(not like a 6 pack hes not that bad of a role model lol) its not strong takes alot to get just buzzed so if anything talk to him about it and see what he says!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You should tell your parents about it!. It is illegal for a minor (under 18) to buy or possess alcohol, and it's also illegal for someone to give it to him!. Your brother and your parents could get into serious trouble if this continues!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your bro is fine!. i am 16 and i had alot more than 1 beer on halloween!. He is old enough and it really is not a problem!. as long as he doesn't drive!. I would say 80 percent of my highschool drinksWww@FoodAQ@Com
