How to make passion fruit syrup for use in cocktails.?!
I need to make passion fruit syrup because a friend of mine is doing cocktails at my birthday bash this weekend
I don't no how to make it and i can only get hold of passion fruit juice, not the actual passion fruits
Can any one suggest a recipe!?

Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups white sugar
1 cup passion fruit pulp
2 lemons, juice of
1 teaspoon tartaric
Directions
1-Put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes!.
2-Add the passion fruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid!.
3-Boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat!.
4-Strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle!.
5-Keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month!.

PreparationCombine all ingredients in heavy small saucepan!. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves!. Reduce heat to low; simmer until syrup is reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 15 minutes!. Transfer to bowl, cover, and chill!. (Can be made 2 days ahead!. Keep chilled!.)
