Answers:
If you really think about it, beer is WAY worse then weed!. For instance, if you smoke a joint you are just mello, chillin, you can totally drive, and you just get the munchies every once and a while!. But if you drink too many beers, you can be crabby, you can crash your car, and there are a lot of calories in beer!.

Personally, I think that they should both be legal!. The After School Special worthy drugs should stay illegal though!.

To each their own:)

If you use either responsibly, I see no reason why they both should not be legal!. Think of the tax revenue we could generate if weed producers pay business taxes and weed consumers pay sales tax!!!!!

Sorry to those that have a "holier than thou" attitude, but I believe in reality and enterprise!. People have (think back to the Prohibition Era) and will continue to use these substances, regardless of their legality!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think either shoudl be illegal, although I rarely drink nowaday's and Its probably been 6 years since i last smoked weed, and was never a big fan of it to begin with!. If i had ot choose, I'd say weed would be illegal, if only because off the massive amount of job loss that would occur if every brewery had to shut down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol is one of the most abused drugs there is! We all know this drunk driving alcoholism can kill you or someone else!. I cant stand to be around slurring drunks but we also know about prohibition what that did and it did not work either just drove it underground and made 1/2 of Americans break laws!. Weed affects some people weird most people does not have a big effect on at all!. Weed as a drug is pretty boring in the long run but should be legal before alcohol is Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think they should both be legal!. And taxed!. Save a lot of money for taxpayers and add more !.
Driving while stoned is just as bad, people, as alcohol!. Before you thumbs down me check out this site!. This site supports that driving under LOW LEVELS of marijuana is ok, it is dose level contingent!. http://www!.canorml!.org/healthfacts/drivi!.!.!.

Add on- I do not drink or smoke pot!. When I was a teenager, however I did both!. Pot was easier for me to get when underaged because it wasn't regulated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi Cedrick, sorry to blow your bubble, I have beer in moderation, usually at home!. This is easy to choose if you go by the medical experts, it would have to be weed!. Beer hasn't blown me away, I am answering your question and I am sober!.

weed should still be illegal!. dont get me wrong i still smoke but if weed were legal everyone would just grow it in their backyard or something and the economy would not profit!. but with beer the gov!. can tax that and make money!. [2cents outside the box]Www@FoodAQ@Com

weed should be legal because you can drive a car, go to work, and do normal functions on weed!. you cant drink beer and be straight enough to function properly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both- they are both mind altering and abused and we already have enough dim whits in todays society that don't think right- even with a clear mind life is hard to deal with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think they should both be legal, but if one has to be illegal it has to be weed because weed and I don't mix well!. Otherwise, I see no reason for either to be illegal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

BEER!!! WEED ISNT BAD 4 U!.!.!.!.ITS ACTUALLY A PROVEN FACT THAT IT HELPS CURE CERTAIN THINGS!. BEER IS MORE MIND ALTERING THAN WEED!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
