Question: Brewers/enologists what is your homemade to commercially purchased alcohol consumption ratio!?
Mine varies but it is in a range from 1:1 to 2:5

That is the same for me about 10:1

I only brew about 5-8 batches a year!. I tend to read more than brew!. Plus it is not easy to make a great beer like the pros, good beer yes but not great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Probably 10:1!. I brew mead and higher alcohol beers that need time to age!. In the meantime, my husband and I have to drink commercial beers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
