If you have a friend come over (regularly) & u buy them booze & special veggie food..?!
& they use ur home as a "stop off" point traveling somewhere else, like an "over night stay" from scotland to london etc so if u say NO they would be a bit screwed, then they say after a few months "can i have a drink, do u want anything in return!?" and you say "go for it have a drink, next time u r out buy a bottle of vodka (or whatever) as im running low" after they drank all your port, whiskey, etc over a few months, u think, if they r out in town anyway, AND YOU OFFER TO GIVE THEM THE MONEY FOR IT if they are out shopping ANYWAY go for it, convenience, its not about the MONEY per sae its just the fact they drank all ur other crap previously, AND THEY OFFERED its about convenience!.
anyway, then they get all "pissy" and say "well, lets start an inventory and we will say how much i spend on u and how much u spend on me!?"
its not about that, i would give them the ￡10 just to pay for the drink if they get the damn thing on their way over!. i tried to explain that, "even if i give u the money for drink, its the fact that u thought about it enough to just fooking buy it even if i give u the money for it" anyway, they went spastic about it, and im like wtf!?

But on the other side, this person is taking you for a ride ( taking the P--- ) Once your resources have run out, this person will be on the road again!.
