i was told the same as the wine doctor!.!.!. 20-30 minutes in the fridge is ideal temp for most red wines!.!.!. room temperature works, but i prefer my reds to be slightly cooler!. Don't leave it in the fridge longer than a half hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are storing the wine, it should be stored in a wine refrigerator or wine cellar at a temperature of 50 to 55 degrees!. Regular refrigerators are cooler than this and have lower humidity that will dry the corks and cause wine evaporation!. http://www!.cheers2wine!.com/wine-cellars!.!.!.!.

It should be served cooler than we normally keep our rooms!.!.!.!.the ideal temperature should be between 58 to 63 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, serve it at room temperature and be sure to let it "air" before serving!. That just means to uncork it and let it ventilate for about 10 minutes before you pour it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red wine is not usually to be served chilled, but you can refrigerate it if you want!. Just don't ask me out that night!. =DWww@FoodAQ@Com
