When eating organic, should you only purchase meat and produce?!

Question:

When eating organic, should you only purchase meat and produce?

Answers:
Ohh, the items are as bountiful as the gross processed foods.
You can and should seek out Cow-share programs so you can have raw milk. There are many organic fruits, breads, cereals, candy, pasta, you name it.

I'm a stickler though and I read labels. Just because something has an "Organic" seal doesn't mean it's safe. I NEVER buy organics in a can...are they kidding. I don't buy organic foods from publicly traded companies, I buy from the little guys. I trust them more. I also shop local farmers markets, food co-ops. We also grow some of our own veggies. Get creative, make cookies, breads, jams and preserves.

Someone said something crude about lettuce and fertilizer, don't be concerned about that. The ravings of the uninformed. A great resource for those wishing to eat healthy is the Weston Price Foundation. They have chapters everywhere and they have free information on the local level.

So, eat well, feel great and enjoy life!

No they have plenty of choices these days when it comes to Organic eating- cereals, pastas, sauces, fruit.

Umm, what else is there. BTW, organic lettuce has been doused in sh#t of some kind. Unless you want to cook your lettuce, don't buy it or you may spend time in hospital.

You can even purchase organic cotton clothing, but I'm going to WEAR it - not EAT it!
