is tomato a fruit or vegetable?!

Question: Is tomato a fruit or vegetable?

It is a botanical fruit (anything that contains seeds is a fruit, including bell peppers), but it is legally a vegetable. People generally think fruits are desserts, and vegetables are main courses, according to a court case where someone wanted to pay the fruit tax on tomatoes instead of the vegetable tax. Haha!…

Tomato is a fruit. I know it is very confusing. It is a fruit because it has seeds. Anything that has seeds are fruits. Such as a pumpkin is a fruit. Pleez answer mine? Just type in STOP HIJAB BAN IN FRANCE!!!?? It'll probably be the first one.

Scientifically it is a fruit but it is usually eaten as a vegetable.

Scientifically/botanically speaking, a tomato is a fruit.
