You'll find your own way. None of us here can guide you to do something that are doing from your heart.
I want to remind you that vegetarianism is not only spiritual, it is scientific as well. That is to say that meat and other meat-based proteins (including fish) provide most of the protein you currently consume. You need to find out what your body will be deprived of when you remove an entire food group, and do research around the foods you will need to replace the missing proteins with.
For me, the choice was clear. I eat grains and legumes. I love the combination of rice and beans - and every culture has one. Be smart as well as well-intentioned. That is the best way to be a healthy vegetarian. Good luck.
Just don't eat meat and this is going to sound hard but try to stay away from it at least for the first month or 2
Eat vegetables, fruit, tofu and any other good foods like that
you could see a dietitian they'll help you find food to sub st meat for
Good Luck Hun
well it seems that you have completed step one: become a pussy. So now all you have to do is remain a pussy and your vegetarian ways should be very successful. :) no hard feelings

Hey, I'm a vegetarian. I stay in India and this place is vegetarian heaven. It's great that you wish to become vegetarian too, it has so many benefits. Its will serves as an excellent lifestyle, it helps maintain weight, gives you great skin and hair, makes you more calmer and purifies your body. All this apart from the fact that you'll be helping the environment. I know there is a common mis-conception that vegetarian food is bland and tasteless, but that is not true. If cooked in the right way, you can please your senses and open up hitherto unknown culinary pleasures. Make sure you know the right recipes.
