What types of gelling agents are there?!

Question: What types of gelling agents are there?
What types of gelitine and gelling agents are there. can you also say if they are suitable for veggies?

Answers:

Fruit pectin and guar gum. They are both from plant sources, and can thicken and gel foods.

I know there's agar flakes (made from seaweed) which are a good alternative to gelatine with a neutral flavour and don't have any chemical bleaches or softening agents.
