I'm not a vegetarian, but I used to be!. The bad thing about not eating meat is you may not get enough nutrition, particularly if you are a vegan!. The good thing is you lower your risk for many diseases, like heart disease, osteoporosis, etc!. because meat has a lot of bad cholesterol!. If you have a well planned diet you will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All you need is a balanced diet, it's that simple!. Your body is very flexible and tolerant of what is put in it!. I was a vegetarian for 20 years and my health was just fine with no effort!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
