Dark meat; because turkey and other types of poultry walk around a lot, their leg meat is darker compared to their breast meat!. Dark meat contains greater amounts of iron, zinc, riboflavin, and thiamin!.

White meat, however, has less caloric than dark meat, but only by about 20 calories:

The dark meat is healthier because it's got more vitamins and has a better boost pf protein than white meat!. Thus, it has a much better taste than the average white meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are both decaying flesh and contain saturated fat!. Your best bet would be to get your protein from some chickpeas or a stir-fry with tofu!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
