I want to go vegetarian but I don't know what to do?!

its ok to be a vegetarian, but you do have to work hard not to eat meat!. You can get sick to your stomach if you eat meat after a long time with out!. All you need to do is stop eating meat like beef and chicken first !.Them start look at everything you eat and make sure that there is no meat; then stay at it if you fall just get up and try again!. Be sure to tell all you family and friends!. If they don't support you then tell them not to make fun of you or to try to get you to eat meat or things like that!. If the do undermine you them they aren't a good friend or family and don't listen to them!. good luck it was a hard thing for be but I'm happier and healthier now Www@FoodAQ@Com
I was a vegetarian for two years in a family of meat-lovers so I know how it is! Basically just don't eat meat, but you have to be flexible!.!.!. For instance you can't say - "I'm not going to even think about eating anything that's been near meat!" because it's inflexible when you're visiting friends or your parents are cooking or whatever!. So don't have a blanket ban on meat, just on actual meat!.!.!. if you know what I mean! So you could have chicken casserole without the actual bits of chicken, etc!.
also you need to stay healthy! Meat provides you with iron and protein which are essential for good health, so you need to eat meat substitutes!. Iron rich foods tend to be any dark-green vegetables - peas, green beans, broccoli, etc!. For protein, fish, nuts, and pulses (kidney beans, chickpeas, canneloni beans!.!.!. and lots others)

Downsides to vegetarianism: no meat whatsoever, you have a harder time finding foods to eat when out to dinner, you have to make alternatives for holiday dinners!.!. etc!.
Advantages to vegetarianism: vegetarians have a reduced risk of heart disease and cancer, you lose weight and avoid obesity, you feel good by not killing any animals, you are helping the environment by not supporting slaughter factories!.!. etc!.

Im Peskitarian- You can eat fish but not meat!.

i went vegetarian about 5 years ago!.
i just stopped eating meat little by little!. still i do not eat beef or pork!. chicken in moderation!. but that's all!. i think you should slowly take yourself away from the meat products because doing it to fast may cause problems!. good luck

There is nothing wrong with being a vegetarian, my bff is one, she just makes sure that she gets perfect amount of protein from vitamins!. And she is very healthy!. Just don't eat meat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but you can eat eggs and milk as long as you don't want to be a veegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slowly stop eating meat!.!.
And start eating more veg!.
Over weeks or months!.
And eat lots of beans and stuff !
Because they have iron in them like meat!.

just eat lots of plants and if you feel like eating any meat like substances try tofu!. It's really not that bad!. And a lot of vegetarians eat fish!. So just go out and buy tons of greens and maybe look up cool recipes online for vegetarians!. Hope I could help!Www@FoodAQ@Com
