why P!.E!.T!.A!. doesn't have their militant arm, the A!.L!.F, bomb churches and family gatherings on Thanksgiving!?
All those poor turkeys being served up for dinner must really upset their delicate sensibilities!.
I wonder about stuff like this from time to time!. Are they just not up to the task!? Does P!.E!.T!.A!. just not care about the wholesale slaughter of stupid birds!? Are they actually just smart enough to avoid that kind of press!?
Seriously, does anyone here know why P!.E!.T!.A!. and the A!.L!.F!. have never come out against Thanksgiving!?

Because if there is one thing that PeTa knows, it's marketing!. They have a great image with the public because peta lets you know what they want you to know!. If people knew that PeTa was against finding a cure for cancer, or aids, or that they want to take away your puppy, your kitten, your dog, and your cat something tells me the public would not feel the same way about them!. Yep, Peta is opposed to anyone having any pets, they are even against blind people having lead dogs! PeTa does a good job of hiding their stance on those issues because they know that if the public knew people would not be donating 30 million dollars per year to them!.
For peta to go out against thanksgiving would be a PR nightmare and they know it, americans love their turkey and they love their meat, the backlash would likely be devastating to them, most americans don't mind listening to people and their crazy rants once and a while, but do it on a day like Thanksgiving and the american people will grab their lynching ropes and have their way with peta!.
Peta has to pick and choose it's battles and thanksgiving is not one they can win, and thank god, because i love turkey!Www@FoodAQ@Com
