Can I get my protein needs "over with" at breakfast, or..?!
Can I get all my complete proteins "over with" in the morning!.!.!.!.!?
Or is it best to spread it out over the day!?
*ugh* I have such a hard time getting my complete proteins together-- its like I spend half my day putting together meals!.
Can't I just get all my complete proteins at breakfast/ Or is protein something my body won't store for use all day!?
I have a big enough appetite that I could have a protein shake AND do the legumes + grain/nuts thing!.
Plus, I am not vegan, so I could even throw in an egg or two for variety!.

It sounds like your reading some old books!. The complete protein in a meal rule has been proven wrong!. Your body stores them until they can be combined with something else you eat later!.
You could eat most your protein for breakfast if you want to!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's best to spread it out through the day!. Your body functions better that way!. Plan ahead!. Figure out two or three "stand-bys" that you can throw in when needed!. A couple of cheese sticks is always good for the protein, as is a pbj!. Have a few stand-by items on hand so you can have more freedom in putting your meals together!. Fall back on the stand-by stuff if necessary!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Almost definitely not!. You should be taking in a MINIMUM of 1 gram of protein for every 3 pounds of body weight!. (1 gram for every 2 pounds would be better)!.
So if you weigh 125 pounds then you require about 40 grams of protein at least per day!. That would be a very large breakfast!. Not to mention the fact that it would be much healthier to spread your protein out into a few meals!.
Eggs are an excellent source of protein(and cheap), but they do have rather high sodium levels so if you eat a lot of eggs you need to watch the amount of sodium you take in from other sources!.
NO IT'S NOT HEALTHY, IF YOU HAD READ WHAT I WROTE UP THERE ^ YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY KNOWN THAT!.
