Why do vegetarians fart so much? do their colons need meat to function correctly?!

Question: Why do vegetarians fart so much!? do their colons need meat to function correctly!?
Answers:
It is the sugars with 3 and 4 molecules such as Raffinose!. These sugars do not break down in the smaller intestines!. The bacteria in the bigger intestines eat these sugars and create gas!.
The worst culprits are dried beans!. That's one of the reason to pre-soack them in water so that Raffinoses leaches out and discard through rinsing!.
All foods with the exception of meats and fats have sugars!. Normally they are single molecules such as Fructose, Lactose, Glucose, and Maltose!. The Table-sugar is sucrose having two two molecules Fructose and Glucose!.
These sugars get absorbed in th small intestines!. A small amount of gas is STOL produced by the two molecule sugars!.

Meats just have no sugar!. Most of the meat eaters do not consume dried beans!. Vegetarians consume a lot of dried beans for their proteins

No although admittedly our teeth have evolved to include sharpened ones characteristic of a predator our digestive system is still essentially that of a plant eater!. Fiber in fact SLOWS the digestive tract as it cannot be digested it is this which makes it good for your system as your body must exercise to get rid of it!. Eating meat gives you an increased risk of cancer in the digestive system i think that cancer is pretty much an improper functionWww@FoodAQ@Com

They don't, and no!.
Actually, increased amounts of dietary fiber clears the intestinal tract and reduces flatulence!. The people with the worst gas are generally meat eaters, because of the rotting undigested food in their bowels!. Ever been on a car trip with someone on Atkins!? Dear God!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i hardly ever fart!. my digestive system is very regular and i hardly ever get stomach aches or feel bloated after i eat!. i'm vegan!. you don't need meat or dairy for your colon to function properly, actually it's the other way around!. enjoy your backed-up colon and higher risk of cancer!. cheers!

When I first became vegan is was like that, but that was due to an adjustment period, plus I was eating lots of processed foods etc!., trying new things, eating foods I'd never eaten before!.!.!. My body was expecting totally different kinds of foods to enter my mouth, and basically had to learn to expect different things!. When I stared focusing on making meals from scratch and getting rid of sugar etc!. from my diet, no probs (sugar and proper food combining played a huge part in it I found out)!.

PS!. all of my co-workers eat meat!.!.!. they are constantly farting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because plant-based foods are higher in fiber, which can cause gas in a lot of people, and vegetarians tend to eat more of specific foods that produce a lot of gas (such as beans)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Flatulence is normal, and is a sign that the colon IS functioning properly!. Eating meat has also been shown to increase the risk for colon cancer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think its just because raw fruits and veggies keep people really 'regular'!. I'm not a vegetarian by the way, I love meat! But, meat is known to give people constipation so maybe meat keeps us from being too regular if you know what I mean!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't noticed a big difference between gas in vegetarians and gas in meat eaters!. My best guess would be a higher intake in fiber and beans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of fiber!. It makes you fart and helps grease the tracks, if you know what I mean!.

Crapping twice a week is not healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggies are just naturaly gassy! Especially raw!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is probably soy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
