Question: Is it possible to get all your omega 3 nutritional needs in a vegetarian diet without eating fish!?
Answers:
Yes, you can easily get omega 3 from flax seed!. I use pre-ground flax seed, ( i get it at Sam's Club) which is like a powder that can easily be added to juices, smoothies, cereals, salads, soups, pasta, or baked goods!. 1 serving ( 2 Tbsp) provides 2700 mg omega-3!. I usually mix 2 Tbsp with 6-8 oz!. of grape juice in the morning!.

Flax seeds, flax seed oil and rape seed oil are good sources of Omega 3!. They also don't have Omega 6 in them like many fish sources do, because you want to reduce your omega 6 intake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
