Question: I am a vegetarian and wondered where tofu fits in as part of the Weight Watchers Core plan!?

dinner once a week or more maybe!. probably baked tofu since pan seared or grilled uses oilWww@FoodAQ@Com

I went to the Weight Watchers site and found recipes for tofu, but it doesn't say exactly the points for tofu alone!. The points are listed for the individual servings from the recipes that I give links to!.
