Would This Be Healthy?!


Question: Would This Be Healthy!?
Breakfast:
Kashi GoLean Cereal with milk
An apple or banana

Snack:
Kashi TLC granola bar

Lunch:
Lettuce with some carrots, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds and lemon juice on top
An apple or banana (whatever fruit I didn't have w/ breakfast)
1 cup soy milk

Dinner:
either chickpeas, quiona, mixed veggies, and pomegranate and milk
or
hummus, tortilla, mixed veggies, and pomegranate and milk

Your fine, just be sure the milk is organic!. And try to fit in a few more blue fruits into your diet!.

It all sounds to me, execpt maybe a little more protein in your diet!. Thats one thing vegetarians struggle with, is maintaining there protein, try eating more things like beans, peanuts, spinach, pea's are good ya, asparagus,artichokes, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and carrots which you have!. But i learned some people need more protein than others like me, i lost a lot of weight when i went vegetarian, because i had the protein all messed up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
