I need a vegetarian shopping list!!?!

Question: I need a vegetarian shopping list!!!?
I'm going grocery shopping this weekend and I need a list of foods that I should buy that will include all the nutrients that I need!.
So basically, I just need some ideas on what to buy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Beans - you can makes lots of veggie dishes with beans: black bean soup, bean burritos, veggie chili, etc!.

Brown rice - a nice side dish for lots of meals

Veggies - use veggies to make veggie wraps, veggie sandwiches, roasted veggies, veggie stir fry, etc!.

Tofu - good source of protein!. I use it mainly in stir fry or in soup!.

Humus and other spreads or dips, to jazz up stuff like wraps or sandwiches, or just to dip raw veggies in!.

The prior two answers had a lot of good ideas such as hummus!. A good tip for pastas is to mix some hummus into your spagetti sauce for a fuller taste!.
Falafels or falafel mix is a great idea to!. Just remember to focus on organic produce! You will taste the differences a reap better benefits too bc of the higher level of naturally occurring nutrients!. Other good ideas:
Cheese cheese cheese:) if you are not vegan!. My favorite include guyere, jack cheese, parmesean, kasseri(goat), and smoked gouda!.

Sunshine vegetarian burgers if you can find them!. They are soy free:)

Brown rice pasta noodles

Rao's spaghetti sauce!. (pure heaven!)

Try to pick a variety of colors when you choose veggies!. this could be dark lettuces, Tomatoes, bright colored bell peppers, olives, etc!. Fruit such as melons taste good in salads too!.

Asparagus grilled in olive oil and served with a sliver of lemon!. oo la la

Try just doing an olive oil vinegrette dressing for salads

buy rice cooked/frozen to make things easier!. and stick to brown rice!.

Most important:
Focus on wholefoods!.
( try your best to avoid processed foods!. your body is way better without them!. )

whole fruits but not juices (too much sugar)

lastly: be weary of getting to much starchy foods and starchy veggies!. be balanced!.

sighs, give it a rest, use the search option in answers!.!. OR google this!.!. how about something even moreso easier!.!.
