Weight Watchers is great, you can eat whatever you want! All foods are a "points" value, and you get a certain number of points per day!.!.!. as long as you stick to your points, you lose weight!
I'm vegetarian and I have lost over 100lbs with Weight watchers!.!.!.!. it's very easy to eat your normal foods, they don't require you to eat meat :)

If you don't want to count points, there is a "Core" plan with a long list of "allowed" foods!. You can eat those foods as much as you want!.

Both plans work for vegetarians/vegans, and both work well!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you trying to loose weight!? Being vegetarian should be healthy enough for you, unless your portion is huge!. My portion is huge, now that I've cut half of the size, I see my weight go down 1 to 2 lbs per week!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
