u can use vegan butter/almond butter for scrambled eggs !

I've done it with scrambled eggs it was practically the same!.

As for cakes,baking i'm not sure it would work as the basic properties in the milk v!.s!. soy may change the texture,taste,etc!. slightly or drastic depending on other ingredients and how much you use!.

Cakes yes but the eggs may take on a slight weird taste from the soy!. There are a lot of good recipes using soy milk and I also use it for things like pancakes, waffles etc!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
