Is this Mango smoothie bad for me?!
I put 1 mango, a tablespoon of honey and some milk in the blender,and it was like this yellowish mango smoothie:P It tasted too good to be healthy, is it too good to be true?
In other words, is is fattening, etc.

The basic answer....Your smoothie is indeed healthy, especially compared to other choices out there.
Mangoes are filled with a lot of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients which help fight disease. Honey is a natural product from bees and milk has lots of calcium.
You can make it healthier by buying organic products. Organic fruit and honey will be free of pesticides and other poisons which taint conventionally grown food.
Another thing you might want to try is soy, almond or hemp milk. They have great flavors and keep your smoothie free from hormones used in dairy cows.
