Scentsy candle question: my bubble gum candle actually tastes like bubblegum? Obviously, I know it's not meant?!

Question: Scentsy candle question: my bubble gum candle actually tastes like bubblegum? Obviously, I know it's not meant?
But is it dangerous? And is there a universal additive put in candles and gum both? Why would a candle taste good?

Answers:

I wouldn't suggest drinking/eating wax to anyone since it may not be properly digested and cause build up or blockage in your stomach which can be extremely painful. as for the taste, it may be that your mind is tricked by the scent. most people have a muted taste when they eat with a stuffy nose. this is because your mind associates smells with certain flavors to enhance them.
