Aspartame especially has a lot of folks dead set against it. Others believe that there have not been enough long-term studies to verify any of the scare stories shown above. I guess each person must make their own decisions.
Personally, I am an older female with migraine issues and I know that diet ANYTHING will trigger a migraine for me, no matter what substitute is being used. The only one I've not yet tried to see is Truvia - but considering how badly migraines hurt, I don't think I'm ready for that experiment yet.
Your body's craving for calories/carbohydrates is not satisfied meaning you feel hungry and it takes more food to fill you up.
