Can you use powdered sugar in sweet tea?!

Question: Can you use powdered sugar in sweet tea!?
I was just wondering because we don't have any sugar but we have powdered sugar! I don't know!.!.!.!.no rude answers please!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's definitely not ideal!. As someone else mentioned, most powdered sugar has starch added to it to make flow more freely, so it's best used for solid goods, such as in baking!.

You'd be better off using another alternative sweetener!. Do you have any honey around!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've been in that same pinch and have done it before but it needs dissolved when the tea is still hot!. It will make it sickening sweet compared to regular sugar so you may want to use a small amount!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Powdered sugar has starch in it so!.!.!.no!. That would be gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
