Pepsi Stuff and Coke Rewards (opinions)?!
Been collecting Coke points for over 2 years, and Pepsi Points for about 8 months!. My view:
Pepsi Stuff is very reasonable when it comes to the amount of points needed for a prize!.
Coke Rewards has a much bigger selection of prizes, but the amount of points needed for them is WAY too high!.
My overall view on both is that they SUCK !.!.!. the prize selection for Pepsi Stuff is an outright joke!. They havent updated anything for at least 2 months (other than the gimmick sweepstakes like coke)!. And the prizes for Coke Rewards (even though they have triple the selection) is almost, not quite, but almost just as bad!.
Coke Rewards is slowly turning into a sweepstakes only site!. I think they actually have more of those than actual prizes!. If you win, cool, I have won before, but they are gimmicks!. A way to get people to use up their points, only one person can win!.

I'm just as peeved!. Pepsi stuff actually hasn't updated their prizes for at least 4-5 months!. When that promotion first started, they offered about 300 different DVDs including quality television seasons like Married With Children!. They even had the Hannibal boxed set!. Now all they have left is the crap no one wants!. Honestly, who wants Michael Moore's Sicko DVD!. The thing that pisses me off even more is that Pepsi continues to produce more caps with more codes!. They recently added that blue cap that's worth 2 points!. Big whoop! Just more points to spend on crap prizes!.

I redeemed my first batch of points for a year's worth of free rentals at Blockbuster (52 rentals total)!. Since then until very recently, they really haven't added many quality prizes!. About a week ago they added 20 new prizes to the highest point category including the flat screen, dvd recorder, and computer speakers!. I guess they are decent prizes but like you said, Coke has jacked up the amount of points required!. For example, when they first had the flat screen up a year back it was only 13,500 points!. When they added it again last week it had increased to 24,900; that's more than a 10,000 point increase!. also, previosuly they had free 12 pack coupons for 100 points!!! That was the best deal!. Now, they offer a buy one 12 pack get one 12 pack free coupon for 200 points!. Double the points needed and you also have to buy a 12 pack first!. That is a crock of you know what! I still don't understand why they increased it so much!. It can't be because of high fuel prices!. I think Coke is just getting stingy!.
I agree both promotions suck!. However, I'll have to throw my support behind Pepsi because last week I received the 8GB Zune MP3/Video player!. I had put a few codes in the sweepstakes and actually won! I think that sweeps was a little easier though because they give away 50 of them each day!. Either way I was happy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never got into the Pepsi one since I don't drink many Pepsi products, but there's always a ton of Coke products at my house!. I do use Coke Rewards but I'm not expecting much out of it!. I'll take a free movie ticket or something!. I don't do the sweepstakes, seems pretty pointless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
