Do energy drinks cause mood swings?!
I've just started drinking energy drinks like rockstar!.
I always notice the night after i drink them i have terrible mood swings!.

I don't think it's normal at all!. This indicates to me that maybe there is something in it that it too much for you OR you are having like a crash from it!. Why don't you try other energy drinks and see if you don't feel better!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
I guess energy drinks don't have the best affect on you as they contain many chemicals and your body probably isn't used to it and reacts weirdly!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
energy drinks (Rockstar) don't seem to work on me!. In fact, if I down one after a large lunch, I ironically will fall asleep at work!.
