Is 16.9FL OZ of water a day enough? or should it be more?!

Question: Is 16!.9FL OZ of water a day enough!? or should it be more!?
I drink about 16fl oz a day, usually more but at the least 16 is that good!? or should i drink more!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

16 ounces is nowhere close to the amount you need!.

For proper health we need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise!. With hot/dry days and climates even more is needed!.

We can get water from food and other drinks!. You must be drinking a lot of other liquids cuase only 16 ounces is no better than not drinking any at all!. Caffeinated drinks do not count towards liquid intake as caffeine actually dehydrates us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO WAY u neeed between 1 and 2 gallons a day ,otherwise it will led to serious health problems later in life,i know from first hand experience,from kidney problems,sugar problems,liver-gall bladder,skin problems,
i know the water is not the cleanest thing , but it flushes the body,
buy a very good filter or drink distilled water

i think it is 8 8oz cups of water a day that is if you can do it but most people can't so try little by little also lemon in the water works and it also cleans out your kidneys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They say 10 to 11 cups a day or more depending on what you atre doing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
