What is your opinion of bottled water vs. tap water?!

Tap water is perfectly safe!. You know when it is tested and how!. If you trust your water company, you can rest assured everything is OK!. You can even take a sample to a lab at the Board of Health and have it confirmed!.
Bottled water doesn't always come from where you assume!. Some actually come out of the tap in another city some place!.
They have differing tastes depending on the brand!. Now, everyone is complaining about the plastic bottles filling the oceans, lakes, streams, and land fills!. My city recycles #1 and #2 plastics, only, and we pay to have it picked up!.
We use an in sink water filter (Kinetico)!. For some strange reason, the water in the kitchen doesn't taste as good as the water from the tap in the upstairs bedroom, in my opinion!. So, my husband fills gallon bottles from the filter and cools them down in the fridge!.
So, usually we refill our used water bottles, cola bottles, etc!., but we do buy bottled water on sale for emergencies or when the fridge is so full we can't stuff in another bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that Dasani makes great water!. I also drink tap water!. I think that you can definitely taste the difference!. If I lived in an area that had problems with their water, I would definitely bottle it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Why would you want to pay for the packing and transportation of an easily accessible product just for the sake of it!? We do enough damage to the environment as it is!. Drink tap water please!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
