Why is the water not being heated in my bottled water dispenser?!
Answers: It was only purchased last year, and is a Hamilton Beach unit that offers cold or hot water. The light is red for the hot water, and doesn't come on at all anymore. Thanks in advance..

perhaps it has gone bad stuff like that has a shelf life....buy a new one.
Something might have shorted within the system. Contact the company and see if they have a warranty or repair/replacement policy for the unit and hopefully they can resolve it without cost to you.
The heating unit probably went bad. Check with the manufacture regarding warranty and/or replacement.
