i think its great , i can eat about 1.5 kilo of it all by itself, just get the block , cut big nogs off and just gulp it down
i like pongy cheese such as stilton and shropshire
but you cant beat a extra mature scottish cheddar , one what burns the roof of your mouth with tang .............

i actually did try a cheese once which i didnt like ( BRIE )

A good cheese should be able to walk across your plate, proper Blue Cheese not this pasteurised stuff, Many Many years ago I went to a cheese farm on Holland, the cheese's there were wonderful, Long live cheese.
