What do you have for breakfast???


Answers: We alternate between orange juice, dry toast & coffee and orange juice, cereal with milk & coffee.

Healthy breakfasts! definitely cereal.. this morning i had a diet mountain dew

nice huh? breakfast biscuit from the store most of the time. muesli and yogurt...some fruit and nuts...and coffee!! Carnation instant breakfast.
I'm not a morning person and I'm not hungry when I get up. But this has protein and everything else I need :) i love coffee.
yum. An everything bagel with lite cream cheese and toasted sesame seeds. My absolute favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese. Depends... sometimes I don't eat breakfast, I know, it's bad.
But I might have cereal with soya milk or toast. newport & a dr. pepper All Of Them But Coffee! usually eat brunch due to the weird hours i work/sleep. today i am having chili,which is a lunch/dinner item. Waffle, two eggs, sausage, hash browns scattered-smothered-covered, toast and coffee. generally, cereal, but it doesn't keep me full for very long; when i know i'll be busy for a while and won't get a chance to have a snack, i rely on eggs (scrambled or sunny side up with cheddar) to get me through the morning. this moaning i had noodles, but most days i don't eat breakfast and very little lunch tea & toast

slice of cheese (or cheese stick) and a piece of fruit a couple of hours later (works on the go) -- and that will satisfy till lunch cereal Anything that's edible in the kitchen at the time. Coffee Zoe's Granola with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. Two small toasted pices of french bread, or any bread, two pieces of really good irish cheddar, Hungarian salami and coffee. You definietly need to be sure to have protien for breakfast. This will help with the mid-morning hunger.

On the weekend, I like to make a nice nibble plate of cheeses, salami (or liverwurst) fresh bread, ffruits and two soft boiled eggs. cereal Diet coke, banana, and cereal I prefer toast. Cold Pizza and warm beer. Toast
