A question for STARBUCKS addicts who know the menu well?
what is a machiatto/mociatto or whatever that is. some ppl mentioned those in my last question. and what does it mean to have 2 shots of espresso in a frappuccino? are there any other drinks that aren't on the menu that you can ask for at any starbucks? AND...what are ppl saying about where starbucks money goes to?
Answers: 1)Machiatto is basically a carmel mocha without the chocolate.
2) Any drink with more than 1 shot of espresso just means you are asking for either A) more caffiene and,or B) for more coffee flavor.
3)My favorite drink at Starbucks is a Cinnamin Dolce which is a fancy way of ordering a mocha that is heavy on the cinnamin. Thry only made it for a very short time but if you ask they should still be able to make it. In fact as long as they have the right syrups and such they should be able to make whatever you ask for!
4) According to my friend who is a manager at a local Starbucks alot of the $ goes to help numerous ecology charities (like preserving the rainforest) in the countries where they grow the coffee they serve. I dont know about the rest but 2 shots of expresso in a frapuccino is more than one shot. Only one shot usually comes in it. 2 shots is better
