Answers: Lots of spicy mustard, grilled onions, pickle slice, and hot peppers. Chicago-style, baby (minus the tomatoes.) If they are boiled I like just mustard. If they are friend, I like mustard and green sweet relish. If they are steamed, then just plain in the bun. i really dont lik hotdogs that much but wen i do eat one i put ketchup grilled....with wickles spicy relish and deli mustard is my favorite. but I'm not too picky...I love hotdogs with just about anything on them! First choice is always chili (No beans, it needs to be Cincinnati style chili, that Skyline stuff, you know?) and cheese. But if I can't have that, ketchup (or Heinz Chili Sauce), dill relish, and cheese. Yummy... Mustard with chili & chesse. well as the Zen monk said to the hot dog vendor: "make me one with everything" Coarse brown mustard (not the screaming yellow stuff), a little onion and a little dill relish. We have a couple hot dog places around here with the most excellent beef chili topping and on those I also add onions, mustard and ketchup. All these answers sound GREAT !! Love my hotdogs..Just wished the onions still loved me.. Take a jumbo Nathans hot dog & slice it length wise about 3/4 the way through, take a piece of your favorite cheese & put it in the middle, wrap 1 slice of bacon around the whole hot dog & broil it until done then add your favorite mustard or ketchup. Srumptious delicious Usually just Ketchup, but sometimes i'll have chili or a little bit o'mustard Mustard
Ketchup on a hot dog? Ewwwwwwww. I like mines with ketchup and mustard. For some odd reason my family and me put cole-slaw on our dogs....wierd I know. We also add to that my grandma's hotdog chili (You can actually see the grease..lol), mustard, ketchup, mayo, sweet relish, and onions......we also have on hand a bottle of tums....for dessert. Chili? With cheese and onions? On a hot dog?
That's just crazy enough to work.
