I like coffee I try to brush my teeth after I drink a cup, but I would guess if your teeth are really stained you should go to the dentist and ask his/her advice, I also know a lady that uses baking soda to brush her teeth and her teeth a DYNOMITE WHITE!
peroxide & baking soda
Everytim after drinking try to rinse & possible to brush the teeth. . As for non-breverage drinker, they visit dentist 6mths once whilst for us is at least 2-3mths once. am i right? haha.
Use a bit of peroxide and baking soda as a toothpaste-it will take the stain off and lighten your teeth a bit
C
try crest whitening rinse,,it works really good.
I agree with the answer above me. Tastes better than peroxide (gag) and it works!!!! My husband has used them and they worked for him:o)
if you sit somewhere near an areca (betel nut) palm: brush your teeth with the husk of the nuts, and the husk also doubles up as floss. It really works, and I can tell you, betel nut stains are tougher than tea stains. I drink tons of tea and chew regularly betel nut... Otherwise go for a 'smoker's' toothpaste, but they might contain too many abrasive substances for your taste. Or go with the above suggestions.
Tea stains can be removed by dipping a sponge in white vinegar and applying to the stain. Wash the garment per care label instructions. Don't throw the garment into the dryer, as the heat will set any remaining stains. You can also soak the garment in a solution of 3 cups of white vinegar to one cup of water. Place in a large glass bowl and soak. Then, rub the garment to remove any lingering residue and rinse in cold water. If the stain persists, rub with salt. Rinse, and launder as usual
