Vitamin Water?!
Vitamin Water?
Do you all drink the focus vitamin water? Is it supposed to be good for you compared to spring water, or is there a catch?
Answers:
Water in the best, vitamin water is good but it doesn't replace the 8 glasses of water you should drink every day. So if you drink vitamin water you should also drink 8 glasses (8 oz ea) of water daily.
there is no cach it helps u be helthy i drink it when ever i can its just a little expensive
Just be careful of the sugar content. I usually cut mine with either a 50/50 mix of water and vitamin water or a 70/30 mix when working out.
I think vitamin water is meant for those who don't drink spring water. People who drink soda and other sugary drinks can drink vitamin water if they don't like to drink spring water. It's good for you, but not meant to replace vitamin supplements or a decent diet. =)
While "vitamin water" and other Vitamin enhanced water is more healthier than plain old soda, However it is not as "healthy" or good for you as it says it is. Most "Vitamin Water" has 100-125 calories plus another 20-35 calories per bottle. Plus if you get enough vitamin from your normal diet or from a multivitamin than the vitamins from your Vitamin Water is wasted away. (So in another word your wasting money on something you don't need in the first place).
Spring water doesn't give you vitamins but however it doesn't have sugar or calories either.
So to answer your question, its a better choice to drink vitamin enhanced water instead of say a regular soda, but it's like a diet soda w/ vitamins. If you had a choice between Vitamin water and regular water. Regular water is probably better for you since it has no sugar or calories.
