Affordable Home Espresso Machine?!

Question:

Affordable Home Espresso Machine?

I am looking for an affordable upgrade for my current home espresso machine (a Briel First Class ES-13). Any recommendations for an affordable home system that can reliably produce good quality espresso? The machine I am looking for should:

1. Be a pump driven machine (no lever or steam pressure recommendations, please),
2. Cost under $350,
3. Not depend on "espresso pods" (if it is compatible with pods, fine, but I don't want to be forced to use them),
4. Be easy to clean, and
5. Not be utterly ugly to look at.

Any accounts of your personal experience with the machine(s) you recommend would be great.

Yes, I already have a good burr grinder that can produce an espresso grind at home.
