I bought a bottle of sierra mist today and the expiration date says April 16, 07 i was just wondering if its safe to drink somethink that is close to expiring.......without getting sick!

Yeah it's safe... even after the date. NOW if it said April 16, 70... then I'd be a little weary.
I think it just starts to get flat not go bad.

yea its safe as long as u dont drink it out the 16! but i would return it cause the 16 is like in three days and thats soo like a rip off
If you bought it today, then you might be able to take it back if you haven't opened it yet (they can give you one with a better date). But yes, it is OK to drink. I think the only thing that happens after the expiration date is that it goes flat. Because all it's really made of is carbonated water and sugar.
