it depends like if u just ran 5 miles cold water would feel like hevan but if it s like below 0 u dont want icy water regular water if fine... but dont have 2 cold water casue ur teeth would hurt i put my water bottle in the fridge for likean 1 and its good!

Warm is not good as well as too much cold is not good either. drink water that is around 70 * F.
water is water. it doesnt matter if it is cold, lukewarm or hot. the only difference is how the pallet of your mouth feels when you are drinking it.
