Red Bull, always and forever.
And the blue Rockstar. or the purple Rockstar. They are all so good.
Energy drinks are not healthy , so I do not drink them. There has been several news stations talking about these type drinks and all say, they are bad for your health. Myself, a cup of coffee in the morning wakes me up and gets me going, later in the day, a pint of milk.

The best energy drink you can have are made from FRESH FRUIT. They often make them in hospitals. So many nutrients.. Keeps you energized, healthy and satisfied.

The one that I love the best is Lost Energy Drink. It is by far the best that I have tasted. It doesn't have that acidic taste that most others have. I would say XS because it has less calories and give more energy. Red Bull causes some unhealth stuff.
