I love to drink Figi water. Is it really healthy and make you live longer?!

Answers:
this is what i know about fiji water:
is Bottled at the Source
is filtered by a Pristine, Protected, Sustainable Aquifer
Tastes Great!
uses #1 PET plastic and has an efficient square design.

One litre of FIJI Water contains the following, expressed in milligrams per litre (mgl) which is the same thing as parts per million (ppm):
calcium 17
magnesium 13
silica 85
ph 7.5
dissolved solids 210 ppm

FIJI Water is so low in sodium it qualifies as sodium free under U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines. With a pH of 7.5 the water has a nice neutral taste and is slightly alkaline. Many doctors recommend consumption of water that is slightly alkaline, to help balance acidity in the body. FIJI Water is also low in magnesium, calcium and other hard minerals that can create an unpleasant aftertaste.

FIJI Water is rich in colloidal silica, meaning silica that is present in a semi-dissolved form easily absorbed by the body. Often called the overlooked mineral, silica is essential for maintaining good health and benefits the body in numerous ways.

Hell yeah it's from Fiji!

Fiji does have natural minerals and vitamins in it, but I wouldn't really believe that it gives you all of the vitamins you need (so please don't think you can ever substitute water for a meal). Also, it's probably not going to make you live any longer than eating an orange for a snack will. The length of a life has too many other factors and drinking a brand-name water isn't really one of them.

It can be considered healthy, but some water companies put extra stuff in the water for the crisp taste. I like figi water myself but I tend to buy the cheaper bottles just because I don't like paying for a name brand!

it will probably not make you live longer--and i dont think is that healthy because no matter if it says that its 100% natural--they always put some chemicals in the drinks to make them last longer and taste a little better..

I don't think so. Water is water, I think tap water is just as good for you as bottled water, And personally I don't think a particular brand of water will make you live longer. It's all to to with healty living and eating. It's maufacturers ways of making money.

I think drinking healthy beverages are only a small part of living longer. An important part, but there are definitely other things you can do to help you live longer. But Fiji water does taste so clean and good.

Fiji not Figi. lol. any water is healthy to drink if it is clean and in turn being healthy helps you live longer so yes I suppose you could say that Fiji water will make you live longer.
