If you look at the back of the can, you can see that they only have like two or three calories. The way they accomplish this is by using a chemical compound that closely resembles the structure of sugar. Thus when you taste it, it still tastes sweet because your taste buds "think" its some kind of sugar. When this chemical gets down to your stomach and small intestine, though, it cannot be digested by the body because of it's differing structure. It passes right through you.
How many calories you have to eat each day depends on your metabolism, you exercise level, and what sort of calories you are eating. You need to include more information for that sort of answer
I personally don't think diet soda is any better for you than regular. I think it just ruins the taste of the real stuff. P.S.PEPSI RULES AND COKE SUCKS!!!!
Wow this question is really hard to understand as written, but I will give it a shot.
Diet colas let you avoid a lot of "empty" calories.
Calorie intake varies with every person, and their activity level and many other varying factors.
Most diet drinks are calorie free or at least very low calorie, calorie content is listed on every can and bottle.
