Is it ok to use alkaline water in making powdered juice drink?


Answers:
water that is more alkaline is supposed be better for you....so I don't see a problem with it.....I guess it depends on how alkaline it is. If it has a ph of 9 or so, I probably wouldn't. just curious, what makes the water so alkaline?.normal ph should be 7.
