Glaceau Vitamin Water....?!

Question:

Glaceau Vitamin Water....?

Whats your favorite flavor? Do you think they truly work for what they claim to, such as the energy, or power? I am addicted to this!!! I love the bright pink one called Focus...its a Strawberry Kiwi flavor and I swear this works wonders for me!!!

Answers:
Here is what Dr. David Katz said on ABC Good Morning America, associate director for nutrition science at the newly established Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity at Yale University.

Glaceau Vitamin Water

8 ounces has 50 calories from sugar.
Katz says, "If we had a problem with epidemic malnutrition in this country, a drink such as Vitamin Water might make sense. But since we have, instead, epidemic obesity and diabetes, how about we just leave water alone, instead of using it as a delivery system for sugar no one needs?" Vitamins, he said, are better obtained from food or even a calorie-free supplement.
Glaceau responded by saying, "Artificial sweeteners don't work, and may in fact increase the incidence of obesity. What does work is an all-natural, low-calorie approach, like Vitamin Water."

OMG I'M ADDICTED TO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!
My favorite is Dragonfruit.

Bright pink water...

hmmm..
can we say artificial additives and chemicals?

Once they have added ANYTHING to water, it is no longer WATER!!!!

I like Kiwi-Strawberry flavor. I never read much about its details until now. I actually liked what I read. I knew that is enhanced with vitamins and Ginseng. But almost NO juice.

Look at this:

But I believe in moderation.
