From a Chinese herbal shop.

Depends on where you are but most Chinese Supermarkets have them spelt either under "Oolong Tea" or "Wu-Long Tea" they are both the same. If you really want the primo stuff go to a specialty Tea shop like Ten Ren or a Chinese Herbal Shop they have different grades of it. Hope this helps!
I am a fan of Oolong tea too, and usually have had difficulty finding it, but recently I found it in my local Safeway store marketed by the Twinings Tea company. It comes in a Grey box.
